Some spare ideas I have floating around on sheets of paper, and need to document them someplace so I can keep track of them.
First idea (copied as written): soul transplants (as a means of justice), containing the faulty souls in a special department of a hospital which results in turmoil. The souls, detached from the bodies, can communicate. The caretakers of the department get possessed, science gone wrong ensues.
"But what is the soul? When it is passed on what do we retain? Do we have our memories, do we have our hearts? I believe the mystery will go forever unsolved."
Second idea: people were created to discover the meaning of life by another species but they both come up with the same idea.
